1.2 Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all of our services, including but not limited to websites, mobile applications, mini-programs, and other platforms and related services. If we have issued a separate privacy notice for a specific service, that service’s privacy protections shall prevail; in the absence of such a specific provision, this Privacy Policy shall apply.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to services provided by third parties, such as third-party websites linked from our services or third-party plugins. The privacy policies of these third-party services are formulated independently by the respective providers, and we assume no responsibility for them. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of any third parties.

II. Information Collection and Use

2.1 Principles of Collection

We collect your personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, fairness, necessity, and good faith, gathering only the data strictly necessary to provide our services. We do not collect beyond what is required, nor do we obtain your consent through deception, fraud, coercion, or other improper means, thereby effectively safeguarding your rights to information and to self-determination.

2.2 Types of Information Collected and Their Uses

(1) Necessary Information

To ensure the proper functioning of our services, we will collect certain necessary information from you. If you choose not to provide such information, you will be unable to use our services.
Identity information: such as your name, mobile phone number, and email address, is used for account registration, identity verification, login authentication, and to provide you with personalized services and ensure your security.
Service Usage Information: Such as your account login records, service operation logs, browsing history, and device information (including device model, operating system, IP address, and unique device identifiers), which is used to optimize the service experience, troubleshoot service issues, ensure service security, and prevent illegal and criminal activities that target or exploit network data.

(2) Optional Information

To enhance the quality of our services, we may collect certain optional information. You may choose whether or not to provide it; this will not affect your use of our core services.
Personal preference information: such as interests and hobbies, commonly used feature settings, etc., is used to deliver content and services that better meet your needs.
Location Information: If you consent to enable location permissions, we will collect your approximate location to provide localized services, such as nearby service recommendations.
Sensitive personal information, such as biometric data, medical and health information, and financial account details, is collected only upon your voluntary provision and with your separate consent, for the purpose of enabling specific service functionalities (e.g., fingerprint login, medical consultations, payment services), and is subject to additional security safeguards.

(3) Automatically Collected Information

When you use our services, our systems automatically collect certain network data, including but not limited to your access times, pages visited, actions performed, device information, and network status. This information is primarily used to analyze service usage, optimize service performance, and ensure service security. We anonymize such data and do not associate it with your personal identity.

2.3 Restrictions on Information Use

We will use your personal information and network data only for the purposes explicitly set forth in this Privacy Policy. If we intend to use such information for any other purposes, we will obtain your explicit consent again. We will not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to the services provided, nor will we unilaterally expand the scope of its use without your prior consent.

III. Information Storage and Protection

3.1 Storage Method and Duration

We will store your personal information and network data on servers that comply with applicable national laws and regulations, and we will employ technical measures such as encryption, data backup, access control, and security authentication to protect your network data against tampering, destruction, disclosure, or unauthorized access and use.
The retention period for personal information adheres to the principle of “data minimization”: if you use our account services, we will retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active; if you deactivate your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the agreements between us upon completion of the deactivation process, unless otherwise provided by law. For information that is no longer required to be retained, we will promptly erase it.
If the retention period for your personal information is difficult to determine, we will specify the criteria for setting that period to ensure compliance with the relevant requirements of the Regulations on the Security Management of Network Data.

3.2 Security Protection Measures

We have established and improved a network data security management system, fulfilled our principal responsibility for network data security, and implemented the following security measures to safeguard your information:
Technical Safeguards: Employ technologies such as data encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection, and vulnerability scanning to prevent information leakage, tampering, and loss; conduct regular security updates and maintenance to promptly address security flaws and vulnerabilities.
Management Standards: Establish a rigorous information access control system, clearly define information access permissions for each role, and ensure that only authorized personnel may access relevant information. Conduct information security training and assessments for staff to strengthen their awareness of information security.
Emergency Response: Establish and improve an emergency response plan for network data security incidents. Upon the occurrence of such an incident, immediately activate the plan, take measures to prevent the harm from escalating and eliminate any underlying risks, and report to the relevant competent authorities as required. If the incident adversely affects your legitimate rights and interests, we will promptly notify you—by telephone, text message, instant messaging, email, or public announcement—of the nature and scope of the security incident and associated risks, the resulting harm, and the remedial measures already taken (unless otherwise exempted by applicable laws and regulations).
Please note that, despite the security measures we have implemented, the online environment is inherently uncertain, and we cannot guarantee absolute information security. If your information is disclosed due to force majeure, cyberattacks, third-party infringement, or other causes beyond our control, we will fully cooperate with the relevant authorities in their investigation and handling, and promptly notify you.

IV. Information Sharing and Transfer

4.1 Information Sharing

We will not share your personal information or network data without your consent. We will only share your information with your consent or as required by applicable laws and regulations in the following circumstances:
With your explicit consent, we will share your relevant information with the third party you designate, but only to the extent of the content you have authorized.
Necessary for Providing Services: If a particular service requires assistance from a third party (such as payment services, logistics services, or technical support), we will share with that third party only the information necessary to fulfill the service, and we will enter into confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to strictly comply with applicable privacy protection laws and regulations and to refrain from using or disclosing your information without authorization.
Legal and Regulatory Requirements: In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the requirements of judicial and administrative authorities, we may disclose your relevant information to cooperate with investigations, law enforcement, and other related activities.
Anonymized Information Sharing: We may share anonymized network data—data that cannot be used to identify you personally—with third parties for purposes such as academic research, data analysis, and service optimization. Such sharing does not involve your personal information.
When we provide personal information and important data to other network data processors or entrust them with processing such data, we shall, through contracts or other means, specify with the recipient the purposes, methods, scope of processing, and obligations for security protection, and we shall supervise the recipient’s compliance with these obligations. Records of such processing activities shall be retained for at least three years.

4.2 Information Transfer

If, due to merger, division, dissolution, bankruptcy, or other reasons, it becomes necessary to transfer your personal information and network data, we will notify you in advance, ensure that the transfer complies with applicable laws and regulations, and require the receiving party to continue to fulfill its obligations to protect network data security, thereby safeguarding the security of your information.
When we carry out online data processing activities that may affect or are likely to affect national security, we shall subject them to a national security review in accordance with relevant state regulations.

V. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information, and we will provide you with convenient means to exercise these rights:
Right to Information: You have the right to be informed about the specific details of how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, and you have the right to request that we provide explanations and clarifications regarding our Privacy Policy.

Right to Rectification: If you discover that your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct or supplement the relevant information, and we will process your request promptly upon verification.
Right to erasure: Where permitted by applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to request that we delete your personal information—for example, upon termination of services, when the purposes for which the information was collected have been fulfilled, or when you withdraw your consent. Upon verification, we will promptly erase such data; if deletion is not feasible, we will render it anonymized.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. Upon withdrawal, we will no longer continue to collect, use, or share your relevant information; however, this will not affect any processing activities that were already carried out based on your prior consent.
Right to Deletion: You have the right to delete your account. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request that we transfer your personal information to a third party of your choice, provided that such third party meets the applicable requirements. We will assist you in completing the transfer, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
If you wish to exercise the aforementioned rights, please contact us using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. We will respond to your request within 15 business days and, after verifying your identity, process it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
When we process the personal information of minors under the age of fourteen, we shall establish specific rules for such processing and obtain the consent of the minor’s parents or other legal guardians. The minor’s parents or other legal guardians shall have the right to exercise the aforementioned rights to safeguard the minor’s information security.

The revised Privacy Policy will be prominently posted on our service platforms (such as our website or app) for a period of no less than 7 days. If the revisions affect your core rights and interests, we will notify you via pop-up windows, text messages, emails, or other means.
