Yinchuan, August 31, 2024 —
Shanghai Zhutang Information Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed a four-day team-building retreat in Ningxia. The trip brought colleagues together for outdoor challenges, cultural experiences, and shared time away from the workplace, strengthening the teamwork and connection that support the company’s long-term growth.
The itinerary included a visit to Zhenbeibao Western Film Studio, a desert trek in the Tengger Desert, and outdoor activities at Shapotou, where the Yellow River meets the edge of the desert.

Day 1: A Shared Start at Zhenbeibao
The team’s first stop was Zhenbeibao Western Film Studio, where colleagues explored the sets of well-known Chinese films including A Chinese Odyssey and New Dragon Gate Inn. The historic-style fortresses, streets, and taverns provided a memorable setting for team photos, role-playing activities, and informal conversation.
The experience helped colleagues connect early in the trip, setting a relaxed and collaborative tone for the days ahead.

Days 2–3: Crossing the Tengger Desert Together
The central challenge of the retreat was a 5-kilometer trek through the Tengger Desert. Walking across soft, shifting sand required persistence and teamwork, and colleagues encouraged one another throughout the route.
After the trek, the group stayed at a desert camp. The evening included a shared meal, a bonfire gathering, and time under the night sky to exchange stories about work and life.

Days 3–4: A Final Stop at Shapotou
The final part of the trip took the team to Shapotou, a scenic area known for the meeting of the Tengger Desert and the Yellow River. Participants experienced activities including sandboarding and traditional sheepskin-raft rides on the Yellow River.
The four-day retreat gave the team an opportunity to take on new challenges, support one another, and create shared memories outside the workplace.

The Ningxia trip was more than a team outing. It reinforced the value of collaboration, resilience, and mutual support; qualities that remain important as Zhutang continues to grow.
As colleagues return to their respective roles, they carry forward the stronger connections and shared sense of purpose built during the journey.
