Zhutang Team Completes Yangshuo Outdoor Adventure

Members of Zhutang‘s team recently completed a team-building retreat in Yangshuo, Guilin, bringing colleagues together for hiking along the Li River and cycling through the Ten-Mile Gallery scenic area.
Set among Yangshuo’s distinctive karst landscape, the event gave the team an opportunity to step away from daily work, take on new challenges together, and strengthen the collaboration that supports the company’s long-term growth. The Li River and Ten-Mile Gallery are among the area’s best-known natural attractions, known for river views, limestone peaks, hiking, and cycling routes.

Hiking Along the Li River

The team began with a hike along the Li River, following winding trails through the area’s mountain and riverside scenery. The journey required persistence, mutual encouragement, and a shared commitment to reaching the finish line together.
Along the way, colleagues supported one another through challenging sections of the route, reflecting the same resilience and teamwork that they bring to their work each day.

Ten-Mile Gallery Cycling: Crafting a Win-Win Landscape Through Collaboration

The second part of the retreat took the team through Yangshuo’s Ten-Mile Gallery, a well-known cycling route surrounded by countryside and karst peaks. Team members rode together through the scenic area, with experienced riders setting the pace and others supporting the group from behind.
The ride highlighted the importance of coordination, trust, and shared momentum. Just as every rider contributed to the group’s progress, each member of the Zhutang team plays a role in moving the company forward.

The retreat was more than an outdoor activity. It created time for colleagues to connect, encourage one another, and build shared memories outside the workplace.
The team returned with renewed energy and a stronger sense of connection. As colleagues head back to their respective roles, they will carry forward the resilience, trust, and teamwork developed during their time in Yangshuo.
