Job Details
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain the company’s Amazon store.
2. Upload products and develop marketing plans.
3. Process orders and track progress to ensure timely completion.
4. Handle customer issues, including pre-sales inquiries, after-sales support, and dispute resolution.
5. Collect and analyze market intelligence and competitor activity to develop promotion strategies.
6. Improve store policies and systems, maintain strong store ratings and credit, and prepare sales reports and performance analyses.
Job Requirements
1. More than one year of cross-border e-commerce sales experience, with familiarity in backend operations, platform rules, and promotional tools. Able to operate platform accounts independently.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues independently, including inquiries, after-sales support, and complaints. Able to prevent potential disputes and resolve existing issues effectively.
3. Team spirit and service awareness, honesty, diligence, strong learning ability, adaptability, and a genuine interest in e-commerce and foreign trade.
4. Proactive, enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, detail-oriented, patient, and responsible.
